Radiator Manufacturing
The Serck programme of complete radiators exceeds 220 models, the largest range available in the Middle East. The anticipated range increase annually is approximately 50 part numbers. With a stock of over 5,000 complete units, a full off-the-shelf service is offered.

Air Conditioning Coils
Serck Services International is a premier replacement coil manufacturing company, capable of producing coils 3/8”, ½” and 5/8” tubes with fin densities ranging from 6 fins per inch (FPI) to 17 FPI, in all three tube sizes. We can manufacture coils using aluminium fins and copper tubes. Special marine application cooler slabs using copper fins, aluminium brass and cupro nickel tubes are also manufactured.
Coils can be delivered within one week of placing an order.
Industrial & Marine Services
Serck’s extensive technical knowledge ensures all types of Marine and Industrial heat exchangers can be designed or manufactured to drawings or patterns in our specialised facilities.
A full range of specialist cleaning services offer a solution to any cleaning problem, including HP Washing, Water Drilling and Chemical Cleaning.
The latest dual mode, dual frequency and dual phase techniques ensure accurate eddy current tube test results, giving the customer better detection and evaluation of tube defects and better protection of their equipment.
Alongside, offshore or as a riding squad, Serck’s dedicated technicians can re-tube all kinds of Heat Exchangers/Condensers, including removing and refitting tube plates in place.
Radiator Service
An extensive range of OE-specification automotive radiators is available ex-stock, including BMW, Ford, GMC, Mercedes, Nissan and Toyota. In addition, we are able to service, re-core and re-manufacture all other types and makes of automotive, commercial and plant radiators in the UAE.
Caterpillar, Komatsu, Euclid and many other makes of off highway equipment radiators are available, allowing customers to minimise downtime and expense caused by radiator problems. Serck stocks OE specification cores and is capable of manufacturing special cores of any size to suit any application, quickly and to the highest standards. We are also able to offer tube protected cores and sand grids for most applications.
Not only can Serck clean and repair customers existing compressor coolers, intercoolers, oil coolers and complete aluminium radiators, but is equipped to re-core and re-manufacture to OE specifications and where necessary, improve performance through specially made units.
